The Last Will of Abner Herrin

I, Abner Herrin do make and ordain this my last will.  My will is that all my just debts be paid.  I leave to my beloved wife Kiziah Herrin my land and farm whereon we
now live with all the household furniture with two of the Negroes which
she may choose with one horse say her chois with two milk cows and all
the Hogs.   This is to be hers during her life or widowhood and at her death to be
equaly divided.   It is my will that Louisa Herrin shall have Fifty acres of land
which she is now living to raise her children.But the land     (line missing)
It is my will that Christopher Barbee shall pay to Moses Herrin  heirs the amount of an execution that he paid for him to Charles (Meakes  hard to read)   with the lawful interest since he paid it which the widow now holds,and  it is to be paid at the time of the division.
  It is my will that Kiziah Allred my grand daughter have an equal  part with the rest of my children provided she lives to be married and have an heir and if not her part of my estate is to be between all my  heirs.     It is my wish that Elijah Allred act as gaurdian for the heirs of  Isaac Reed in this part of my estate.  It is my will that Elizabeth Barbee's part of my estate shall be   hers and his bodily heirs.And at his death be equaly divided between his   heirs    .It is my will that at my death all my goods and chattel shall be  sold to the highest bidder at public auction at twelve months credit
with bond and approved security and the notes to be divided to each his  part   and each one collect for himself.  And I do nominate and appoint  Lemuel Herrin and Abner Herrin to execute this my   last will. March  22,1849      Abner Herrin
