Dearest Baby & Charley
I received your letter, very proud to hear from you all, and all are well. We are all well
and fine. Sister has gone to needle craft. It is cold and misting rain. I am staying in,
all we do is sleep and eat in this bad weather. Ethel does all the cooking and it is fine
these cold mornings to just get up to a hot breakfast.
I am proud of Pat, I believe he will preach someday. I wish I could see Robert C and
little Sue. I can see Robert laughing trying to walk. I am sure Sue is pretty and sweet. I
havenít heard from your brother lately. I have been reading in the Dallas News about the
dedication of the Masonic Grand Lodge. I noted your brother is to make the welcome
address. I wish I could see him. It sure is a big thing for Waco. Lena says she is coming
to see us in January. She said all are well.
Write when you can. Sister joins me in lots of love. Kiss those sweet babies for Papo.
You are the sweetest baby on this earth to me.
