There will be a reunion of DuBose descendants in Charleston, South Carolina
Mary Jane Haven's mother was Lydia DuBose, daughter of John DuBose and Margaret Dick.

2003 HILLIS Reunion....
Descendents of Andrew Jackson HILLIS.
Some of his descendents filtered into Texas (especially into Nolan County and Bowie County, among others) from Giles Co,TN and Lauderdale Co,AL..His son, James F.L.B. HILLIS (marr: Mary MARBUT) died in Crosby Co,TX. in 1909, but James' son Cullom Lihue HILLIS moved to Nolan County,TX, and settled there. He raised a large family on a farm in the Champion Community. There are still descendents in Roscoe, Sweetwater, and surrounding towns....which include the FULLWOODs & CAMPBELLs, among others.
