Noodle Texas is located on Highway 126 near the Clear Fork River. Once a thriving community it now has only a few families living there. Named after a geological formation called Noodle Dome. Which is an Oil producing area. It once was a camp ground for Local Indians. Which gave them a 360 degree view of the area.
George Cooper was once the constable of Noodle.
