William Bragg GRIFFITH was born on Jan 13, 1870 in Mississippi and  died in 1941 in Eastland Co., Texas  and is buried in Evergreen Cemetery, Ranger,  Texas   Bill's father was James Eslinger GRIFFITH was born about 1836 in South Carolina. His mother,  Amanda BRAGG (Comptom)   was born in Alabama ,  August 29, 1839  She died on May 25, 1905 in Avoca, Jones Co., Texas.

William Bragg GRIFFITH and Jo Wesley Hardin were married about 1915 in Texas.  This was William's second marriage.   These are my Great Grandparents. They had Three Children.  

1.  Wardell Bragg (Uncle Worry) Griffith was born on Nov 10, 1917 in Jones Co., Texas Died Nov 1970  

2.  Jo Jane Griffith(My Grandmother)  was born on Jun 2, 1920 in Texas-  She is still living in Redding CA.  

3.  Elanore Griffith was born about 1924 in Texas
