In 1994 as a special project for Mrs. Sally Dawson's 3rd grade
class, they wrote and "published" a
special report on their home town of Beckville, Tx. Mrs. Dawson has been a teacher in the Beckville
area the past 15 years. She has taught all grades from the first thru the fifth at Beckville. Sally was
born in Beckville and is the daughter of Roy and Jane Metcalf and is married to Jim Dawson.
