Maxie Louise Adkison 
Woodlawn Cemetery, Timpson

Graveside service for Maxie Louise Adkison, 67, of Nacogdoches 
will be at 1 p.m. today in Woodlawn Cemetery, Timpson, with 
the Rev. Sonny Scarborough, pastor of Lilly Grove Baptist 
Church, officiating. 

Adkison died Feb. 10, 2004, in Nacogdoches Memorial Hospital. 
Born July 8, 1936, in Shelby County, she was the daughter of 
Elzie and Dollie Hendricks Adkison. She was a homemaker. 

Survivors include brothers, Joe Adkison of Huntsville, Carl 
Wayne Adkison of Nacogdoches, Bobby Ray Adkison of Colorado 
Springs, Colo., and Charles Ray Adkison of Houston; sisters, 
Bernice Hudman of Timpson, Sue Cox of Nacogdoches and Barbara 
Lindsey of Stafford.
