Annette Z. Allen-Davis 
Haley-Bush Cemetery, San Augustine

Funeral for Annette Z. Allen-Davis, 43, of Shelbyville will be 
at 11 a.m. Friday in Mount Horeb Baptist Church, San 
Augustine, with the Rev. George Cartwright officiating. Burial 
will be in Haley Bush Cemetery, San Augustine. 

Allen-Davis died Nov. 20, 2004. She was a lifetime resident of 
Shelby County. 

Survivors include her husband, Perry Davis Sr. of Shelbyville; 
mother, Gloria Allen Washington of Center; father, L.D. Allen 
of Tyler; grandmother, Martha Allen Walls of Center; 
daughters, Lametrices Allen Washington of Fort Worth and 
Lakoha Davis of Shelbyville; sons, Lakendrick Durrell Allen, 
U.S. Naval Academy, Maryland, and Perry Davis Jr. of Center; 
sisters, Antonietter White and Amy Jenkins, both of Wilmer, 
and Elizabeth Suell of Center; brothers, Darron McCoy of 
Carrollton, Thomas Henderson and Kevin Santee, both of 
Houston, Keith Santee of Arp, Greg McCowin of Lancaster and 
Willie Suell of Tyler; and two grandchildren. 

A wake will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. today in Percy Garner 
Mortuary Chapel.
