Eva Nugent Aarons 
Cold Spring Cemetery, Garrison

Graveside service for Eva Nugent Aarons, 86, of Garrison will 
be at 11 a.m. Thursday in Cold Springs Cemetery, Garrison, 
with the Rev. Mike Seay, pastor of Cold Springs Baptist 
Church, officiating. Burial will be in Cold Springs Cemetery, 
Garrison. 

Aarons died Aug. 28, 2004, in Garrison Nursing Home, Garrison. 

Born Feb. 2, 1918, in Harrisonburg, La., she was the daughter 
of William Nick and Minnie Ola Smith Nugent. She was a 
homemaker and a Pentecostal. She was married to Emanuel Adam 
Aarons, and he preceded her in death. 

Survivors include sons, Clyde Nick Williams of Dodge and 
Jonathan Craig Aarons of Garrison; daughter, Elizabeth Cecille 
Garner of Garrison; brothers, Buster A. Nugent of Tullos, La., 
and Titus Paul Nugent of Monterey, La.; 12 grandchildren; 20 
great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. 

Visitation will be from 6 until 8 p.m. Wednesday.
