Erby C. Allen 
Clark Cemetery, Daingerfield

HUGHES SPRINGS - Services for Erby C. Allen, 70, of 
Daingerfield will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, March 8, at 
Lilley's Chapel Church of Christ with Norman Miller 
officiating. Burial will follow in Clark Cemetery in 
Daingerfield under the direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home. 

Mr. Allen died Friday, March 5, 2004, at his residence. 

Mr. Allen was born Jan. 23, 1934, in Daingerfield. He retired 
from Lone Star Steel Co. in 1994 as a 4-Hi Roller and was a 
veteran of the U.S. Army. 

Mr. Allen is survived by one son, Eddie Allen of Daingerfield; 
four brothers and sisters-in-law, W.O. and Mozelle Allen of 
Avinger, Lonzie and Laura Allen, Bob and Sherry Allen and Mark 
and Roxie Allen, all of Daingerfield; and numerous nieces and 
nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and 
Addie Allen; one son, Tracy Allen; and four brothers, Doyle, 
Loyal, John R. and Temple Allen. 

The family will receive friends 2-5 p.m. today, March 7, at 
the funeral home.
