Obituaries December 6, 2003 Longview News Journal Mark Alexander PITTSBURG - Services for Mark Alexander, 56, of The Colony will be held at 2 p.m. today, Dec. 6, 2003, at Erman Smith Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Greg Miller officiating. Mr. Alexander was born Feb. 21, 1947, in Dallas. He died Wednesday, Dec. 3, 2003, at his residence in The Colony. Mr. Alexander was a U.S. Air Force veteran. He was a Baptist, and he had worked as an engineering clerk for Texas Utilities. Survivors include his spouse, Anna Santos Alexander of The Colony; his mother and stepfather, Abbie and Gordon Bynum of Pittsburg; two sons, Mark "Bubba" Presley Alexander of Richardson and Beau Thomas Alexander of The Colony; one daughter and son-in-law, Angele and Tim Bohling of Richardson; and three grandchildren, Alex Bohling, Andy Bohling and Anthony Bohling. He was preceded in death by his father, Melvin Willis Alexander, in 1976. Pallbearers will be Keith Fitzpatrick, Charles Goff, George Bynum, Bobby Narramore, Dewey Davis and Eddie Narramore. Visitation was 6-8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 5, at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association, 7272 Greenville Ave., Dallas, TX 75231.
