Matthew Corey Hendrix 
Langley Cemetery

Services for Matthew Corey Hendrix, 29, of Hallsville will be held 
at noon Wednesday, March 12, 2003, at Jay Valley Baptist Church with 
Pastor Jayce Roberts, David Lloyd and Kenneth Jenkins officiating. 
Burial, under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview, will 
follow at 2:30 p.m. in Langley Cemetery. 

Matt was born July 3, 1973, in Longview to Ronnie and Paula Hendrix. 
From his residence and as a Christian, he went home to be with his 
Lord on March 9, 2003. Matt, a 1991 graduate of Hallsville High 
School and a member of Jay Valley Baptist Church, worked with his 
father as a journeyman electrician. 

A loving son, brother and grandson, Matt is survived by his parents, 
of Hallsville; his brothers and sister-in-law, Ron and Betsy 
Hendrix, Adam Hendrix and Chance Hendrix, all of Hallsville; his 
grandparents, Grady and Melva Singley of Longview and Alton and 
Beatrice Hendrix of Hallsville; and numerous aunts, uncles and 
cousins.
