John Owen Aiken 

Services for John Owen Aiken, 39, of Longview will be held at 2 p.m. 
Friday, Jan. 3, 2003, in Grace Hill Cemetery. Visitation is 5-8 p.m. 
Thursday, Jan. 2. Arrangements are under the direction of East Texas 
Funeral Home of Longview. 

Mr. Aiken was born March 24, 1963, in Anchorage, Alaska, He passed 
away Saturday, Dec. 28, 2002, in a local hospital. Mr. Aiken worked 
as a brick mason. 

Survivors include a daughter, Amanda Myers of Ore City; a son, John 
Aiken Jr. of Green Forest, Ark.; his mother, Idell Aiken of 
Longview; a brother, William Aiken of Harleton and his wife, Nita; 
his sisters, Jacqueline McAllister and her husband, Randy, of Winona 
and Lucy Pflueger and her husband, Roy, of Hindsville, Ark.; and 
numerous other relatives. 

John, a loving son & friend will be missed.
