12/23/2003 Obituaries The Daily Sentinel Neva Anderson Cold Springs Cemetery Funeral for Neva Anderson, 69, of Garrison will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Cold Springs Baptist Church with the Rev. Mike Seay, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Cold Springs Cemetery. Anderson died Dec. 22, 2003, in Nacogdoches Memorial Hospital. Born March 12, 1934, in Adamsville, Tenn., she was the daughter of Worlie Hughes and Evie Plunk Hughes. She was a housewife and a Baptist, and she operated a booth regularly at Millard's Crossing Flea Market. She was preceded in death by her husband, Elza Woodrow "Woodie" Anderson. Survivors include a daughter, Linda Anderson of Houston; sons, Henry Anderson of Garrison and Jerry Anderson of Uncertain; brothers, James Hughes of Tupelo, Miss., Albert Hughes of Morrilton, Ark., and Willard Hughes of Killeen; sisters, Eva Weaver of Baytown and Faye Wise of Appleby; and 10 grandchildren. Visitation is from 6 to 8 p.m. today. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the American Heart Association, P.O.
